I love training with Yeshi. He’s so patient, and helps you push your limits. The school is also beautiful. So much love goes into every aspect of the process.

When I first trained with Yeshi, I never knew how much more than a martial art wing chun was. I always thought it was about beating up 10 guys at a time by yourself but I quickly learned that there was more life lessons to be learned through it. I learned that no matter how hard a situation you might be experiencing is, keeping a level head and going forward is always a path to victory. Wing chun taught me to always strike when even the smallest opportunity shows itself because you might not get that same opportunity again. Wing chun taught me how much more powerful I really am if I really concentrate on my goals and that I can achieve anything I want with the proper discipline. Wing chun taught me to be more present because living with doubt is how you don’t take those chances that could make you great. I recommend anyone interested to give it a try, Yeshi is an awesome teacher and is a very good motivator specially to new students! He is very knowledgeable and will make sure you learn the proper form and technique to make sure you’re learning correctly!

I came into Wing Chun with a right ankle fusion, heavy arthritis in both knees, and lower back bone degeneration by 30%. For many years after ankle surgery, I have been looking for some form of a continuous home workout that would not be so strenuous on my physical disabilities. I started a Wing Chun class and was introduced to Grandmaster Kwok. He took me on as a student and he taught me the fundamentals of Wing Chun. He not only demonstrated the effectiveness and healing points of Wing Chung, he walked through it with me step by step. I wasn’t able to do the stands nor turn or the stepping required by Wing Chun. Because of my daily use of the three hand forms, Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee almost one year later I’m able to turn, stand straight, and walk up to 2 and 1/2 miles non-stop. With the guidance of Yeshi, sharing spiritual guidance and strength also aided in the continuation of better health physically and mentally. I want to give thanks to Grandmaster Kwok, and the Spiritual strength of Yeshi for not giving up on me. Both of them treated me with the utmost respect.
